Domestic Shipping

All orders over $50 ship for free! Orders less than $50 can ship via USPS at a flat rate of $5.50. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart. Options for express shipping (1-2 days), next day shipping, and Cold Shipping are provided at checkout.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Cosmyic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking numbers are provided to confirm delivery address entered for an order. Cosmyic is not responsible if customer submits order with incorrect shipping address. Upon request, Cosmyic will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
